Support Us

Professor Nguyen Minh Tam, Vice Rector welcomed Dr Jonathan Cusack, European Resuscitation Council (ERC) NLS Course Director and all the UK instructors to the official certification of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy as an approved European Resuscitation Council (ERC) course centre entitled to organise ERC NLS courses in Vietnam. Dr Cusack congratulated the university on behalf of the ERC on this achievement and the development of NLS in the central region, the great organisation of the courses and their support for candidates from many provinces to successfully complete the NLS course with very high marks.

The Vice Rector expressed the university’s commitment to the NLS training and emphasised the importance of correct resuscitation at birth. The NLS scholarship scheme supports doctors, nurses and midwives from city, district and province hospitals to participate in the NLS training. The Vice Rector and the Newborns Executive Director were proud to present scholarship certificates on behalf of the sponsor VietBay Group, a US not for profit organisation with a long history of supporting health and education projects in central Vietnam
